Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

If your file is missing, won't open, or isn't what the product page described, email printvault.templates@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days and we'll send a working copy or a refund.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
