Who you're buying from
Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax and invoices, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Licence
When you buy a template you receive a non-exclusive licence to use and modify it for yourself or for one business, including its staff. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files, or modified versions of them, as templates or as part of another product.
Free templates may be used and shared freely, but not sold.
Delivery
Paid files are delivered digitally, immediately after payment, by download link on the confirmation page and by email.
No warranty
Templates and guides are provided as is. They help you organise your own information, and their results depend on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax or engineering advice. To the extent the law allows, Print Vault is not liable for losses arising from use of the templates or guides.
